Business Development

The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) plays a key role in driving business growth by securing new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. They conduct market research, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and manage events to build lasting business partnerships. Acting as a bridge between various teams, the BDC ensures that the company’s services align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Tenders & Proposals: Tailor tenders and proposals to meet client needs and secure new business.
– Client Engagement: Deliver presentations, manage client relationships, and attend industry events for networking and partnership building.
– Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and guide strategic direction.
– Event Management: Organise and manage events to strengthen client relationships.
– Collaboration: Work with internal teams (technical, finance, supply chain) to ensure offerings meet client requirements.

Qualifications:
A degree in business management or related fields is common but not essential.
