Strong collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills are essential. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a curiosity to challenge assumptions are also key qualities needed for this role. Experience in contract management, regulatory compliance, or energy sector operations is advantageous, with graduate programmes and internships providing valuable entry pathways.
