Role Overview:
As an HSC Advisor, your primary responsibility is to ensure the health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across the organisation. You will monitor workplace safety, implement safety procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while working both in-office and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Oversight: Monitor and enforce safety procedures for employees, ensuring a safe work environment. Legislation & Procedures: Stay updated on safety legislation and implement any changes to ensure compliance. Incident Investigation: Investigate safety incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Environment & Security: Oversee environmental safety practices, especially on hazardous sites. Data Analysis: Identify safety trends through data analysis and proactively address recurring safety concerns. Employee Engagement: Promote safety culture by educating and influencing employees to follow safety protocols.

Qualifications:
IOSH for entry-level health and safety roles. NEBOSH for advanced qualifications in health and safety. Environmental courses or a Master’s degree in Health and Safety for specialised roles.
