Employer Terms and Conditions (Job Board)

Welcome to the Energy Insider, where employers can post job opportunities within the energy industry. By using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Employer Registration

Employers must create an account and provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about their company and the job opportunities they post. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the content of job listings.

2. As an employer using Energy Insider Hub's job board, you are responsible for ensuring that all job listings comply with the following guidelines:

  • Accuracy of Information: All job posts must be truthful and reflect the actual position being offered. Misleading or inaccurate job descriptions, titles, or requirements are strictly prohibited.
  • Non-Discrimination: You must adhere to all applicable employment laws, including non-discrimination laws. Job listings should not be biased or discriminatory based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Appropriate Content: All job postings must maintain a professional tone and be free of offensive language, inappropriate content, or content that violates any local or international laws.
  • Job Location: Each job posting must include accurate and specific information regarding the location of the role. If the job is remote, that must be clearly stated in the listing.
  • Legal Compliance: Job listings must comply with all relevant labour laws and regulations, including but not limited to worker rights, minimum wage laws, and local employment standards.
  • Salary Transparency: If applicable, employers should include clear and reasonable salary ranges for posted roles. Transparency regarding compensation helps build trust with job seekers.
  • Exclusive Listings: Employers may not post jobs that they do not have the authority to offer or that are purely speculative, or that are designed to collect applicant data for purposes unrelated to hiring.
  • Third-Party Listings: If you are a recruitment agency or third-party recruiter, you must identify yourself clearly in the job posting as such, and ensure that the employer's details are provided. All job postings should be directly relevant to the role you are recruiting for.
  • Job Posting Duration: Employers are responsible for managing their job listings, including ensuring they are removed once the position has been filled or is no longer available. Listings should not remain active beyond the stated deadline or hire date.
  • Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any job listing at our discretion, including but not limited to listings that violate these guidelines or that we deem inappropriate or harmful.
  • Applicant Communication: Employers are responsible for responding to job applicants in a timely and respectful manner. Any delay or failure to respond may affect your account standing on the platform.
  • By posting a job listing, you acknowledge that you will comply with all the terms above, and agree to indemnify Energy Insider Hub from any liability or claims arising from your job postings.

3. Subscription and Payments

Certain job posting features may require a paid subscription or fee. Fees will be clearly stated when posting a job. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled by you. All payments for job postings will be processed securely.
